3. Electronic Communications

By enrolling, you consent to receive statements, notices, and disclosures electronically.

4. Transfers, Payments & Deposits

Transfers between your Bank Of America accounts post in real time. Mobile check deposits are subject to review and standard funds-availability rules.

5. Fees

Applicable fees are disclosed in your account agreement and on americansvult.com.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bank Of America is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Services to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
